A Strategy for the Youths by the Youths (MYP)

It is believed that more than 50% of the developing world’s population is comprised of children and youth, most of whom are denied access to resources and services. They have limited opportunities and have experienced a mirage of promises from families, communities and their governments. Youth have been socially excluded by both formal and informal institutions especially when it comes decision making and development prioritization. This phenomenon has contributed negatively to the development of the African continent and has manifested in limited access to employment, slow down of economies, youth rioting, lack of youth participation in decision making processes. Its time the Youth Demand for Meaningful Youth Participation in all levels of decision making
